From an early age, he was drawn to the allure of tropical destinations -- especially Polynesia, Cook Islands, Tonga, the Caribbean, Hawaii, and Central and South America. In his free time, he enjoys traveling to these exotic locations, frequenting well-themed tiki bars, or perfecting original cocktails at home using rums, ingredients, and flavors from around the world. When he's not mixing drinks or stamping his passport, John works as a Vice President at Material, a market research agency. |
AUTUMN ENOCHAutumn has always had a creative streak and a passion for the laid-back beachy lifestyle. She was born and raised in San Diego, until she moved to the east coast in middle school -- and returned as soon as she could.
She was introduced to the world of hospitality when she was 16 and got her first job as a barista. She worked as a barista for six years, a bartender for one year, and went on to merge her love for travel, hospitality and food & beverage as a publicist and writer. As a freelance PR consultant, writer and photographer, she gets her clients national media attention, writes the Substack Per My Last Coffee, and captures beautiful moments at weddings, portrait sessions, hospitality spaces and more. She's also a travel advisor specializing in (you guessed it) tropical, luxury, remote destinations. |
